国际视野下关于京津冀协同发展的几点建议

摘　　要：1京津冀协同发展现状分析京津冀是我国最重要的城市群之一。近几年来,京津冀城市群的人口发展、产业增长与区域转移、城镇化区域格局等方面出现了一些新特征;同时区域的生态环境承载压力、土地开发绩效、创新要素转化、文化传承与保护等方面也面临一些新问题。首先,在人口发展方面,近几年京津冀的人口总体增速放缓。2017—2018年间北京人口减少了16.5万,天津人口仅增长了2.73万,河北省人口净流入仅1万。1.Analysis on the Current Situation of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the most important urban agglomerations in China.These years,it has shown some new characteristics in terms of population development,industrial growth and regional transfer,regional pattern of urbanization,etc.It is also facing some new problems with ecological environment bearing pressure,land development performance,innovation factor transformation,and cultural inheritance.
