摘  要:随着原煤开采深度的不断加大,原煤硫分升高成为制约选煤厂效益提升的重点难题,如何优化洗选流程,降低产品硫分成为选煤厂亟待解决的问题。对阳泉地区高硫无烟煤进行筛分浮沉分析并进行实验室旋流器分选试验,得到以下结论:将<13 mm粒级原煤破碎至9 mm进行分选,可以在次生煤泥增加量较少的情况下有效降低产品硫分;采用重介质旋流器对破碎后的<13 mm原煤进行分选时,综合考虑精煤产率及精煤硫分指标,分选密度应控制在1.38 g/cm^3。With the increase of mining depth, the rise of sulfur content of raw coal has become a major bottleneck that restricts the improvement of economic performance of general coal preparation plants. How to optimize the washing process and reduce sulfur content of coal products has become a pressing problem calling for urgent solution by coal preparation plant. It can be concluded through float-and-sink analysis and laboratory test on separation of Yangquan anthracite using cyclone that: the sulfur content of the product can be effectively reduced while maintaining the generation of less amount of secondary slime when the size of the feed is reduced from 15 mm to 9 mm;and in the case of using H. M. cyclone to treat the <13 mm raw coal, comprehensive consideration needs to be given to the required indices of yield and sulfur content of the cleaned product, and the separating density should be controlled at 1.38 g/cm^3.
