摘　　要：介绍了FCMC-5500大型旋流微泡浮选柱的工作原理、结构特点以及在滨湖选煤厂煤泥分选中的应用。生产实践表明:该浮选柱具有非常好的选择性,降灰显著,能够为选煤厂创造良好的经济效益,且投资回收期短;作为一种细粒煤分选设备,具有广泛的工业推广应用前景。An introduction is made in the paper to the working principle and structural features of the FCMC-5500 large-size cyclo-microbubble flotation column and the result of its application for fine coal flotation at Binhu Coal Preparation Plant.Field application shows that the flotation column can operate with a high selectivity,a noticeably good ash reduction effect and a favorable economic result.Moreover,the pay-back period is short.As a fine coal separation equipment,it has a broad prospect for widespread industrial application.
