摘 要:对于飞机单角拉伸接头,采用自底向上方法进行建模,获得影响单角拉伸接头的因素作为随机变量。根据单角拉伸接头的最大应力不能超过其屈服极限的失效准则,定义单角拉伸接头极限状态方程,计算在多失效模式下单角拉伸接头的可靠度。采用Monte Carlo法进行随机抽样,计算出在各可靠度下各随机参数统计特性对单角拉伸接头的失效灵敏度,研究了随机参数的统计特性对单角拉伸接头可靠度的影响规律。研究成果为飞机连接结构的故障预防、结构设计和优化分析提供一定的参考依据。For aircraft single-angle tensile joints,the bottom-up method was used to model the factors and obtain factors affecting single-angle tensile joints as random variables.According to the failure criterion that the maximum stress of a single-angle tensile joint cannot exceed its yield limit,the limit state equation of the single-angle tensile joint is defined,and calculate the reliability of the single-angle tensile joint under multiple failure modes.The Monte Carlo method was used for random sampling to calculate the failure sensitivity of the random parameter statistical characteristics on the single-angle tensile joint under each reliability.The influence of the statistical characteristics of the random parameters on the reliability of the single-angle tensile joint was studied.The research results provide a reference for fault prevention,structural design and optimization analysis of aircraft connection structures.
