摘　　要：多学科诊疗是肿瘤治疗主流趋势。通过对肿瘤MDT开展过程进行总结,从团队组建、流程优化、管理举措及监督考核等方面,探讨了具有肿瘤专科医院诊疗特色的肿瘤MDT模式。并立足于当前实际,提出解决思路和肿瘤MDT未来发展方向,包括顶层设计、资源整合、成本核算、智慧管理等。Multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)is mainstream trend in cancer treatment.By summarizing the development process of oncology MDT,this paper discussed the oncology MDT model with the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment in oncology specialist hospital from the aspects of team building,process optimization,management measures and supervision and assessment.Based on the actual situation of the hospital,solutions and future development directions of oncology MDT were proposed,including top-level design,resource integration,cost accounting,intelligent management,etc.
