摘　　要：目的探讨导航护士在ERAS腹腔镜肝切除围手术期的应用效果。方法纳入2017年11月-2018年12月行腹腔镜肝切除术患者90例,通过双色球法分为导航护士组和对照组。对照组采用常规加速康复护理方案,导航护士组则在此基础上引入导航护士安全管控模式。结果ERAS各项措施落实率方面,导航护士组19项ERAS关键措施落实率均高于对照组;两组患者术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后早期康复效果方面,导航护士组术后早期下床活动时间、肛门通气时间、进食时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);满意度方面,导航护士组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);导航护士的设立获得了患者与医务人员的共同认可。结论导航护士能够提高ERAS腹腔镜肝切除围手术期管理的关键措施落实率,促进患者早日康复,改善患者就医体验,提升医疗服务品质,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of navigation nurses in perioperative period of ERAS laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods From November 2017 to December 2018,90 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy were divided into navigation nurse group and control group using a double-color ball method.The control group used conventional enhanced recovery nursing program,and the experimental group added navigational nurse safety management and control mode on the basis of conventional measure.Results In terms of the application rate of various measures of ERAS,the 19 key measures of ERAS in the navigation nurse group were all higher than those in the control group.There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the effect of early postoperative recovery,the early postoperative out-of-bed activity time,anal ventilation time,feeding time and hospitalization time of the navigation nurse group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of the navigation nurse group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The establishment of navigation nurse has been recognized by both patients and medical staff.Conclusion The navigation nurse safety control mode can improve the implementation rate of key measures in perioperative management of ERAS laparoscopic hepatectomy,promote the early recovery of patients,improve the experience of medical treatment and the quality of medical services,which is worth popularizing.
