摘　　要：组建产-儿多学科团队,从生命孕育期开始,由产科、新生儿科、儿科共同进行连续性延伸护理服务。产-儿多学科连续性延伸护理服务项目的开展,构建了多学科连续性延伸护理服务模式,充分发挥了护士价值,体现了护理专业内涵质量,提高了家长满意度,提升了医院知名度。A multidisciplinary team of obstetrics,neonatology and pediatrics was established to provide continuous and extended nursing services from the beginning of gestation period.The implementation of the multidisciplinary continuous extension nursing service project had built a multidisciplinary continuous extension nursing service model,giving full play to the value of nurses,reflecting the quality of nursing professional connotation,improving the satisfaction of parents,enhancing the popularity of the hospital.
