摘　　要：目的探讨利用SAP平台抗菌药物临床应用管理模块,促进临床合理用药。方法结合SAP平台数据处理特点,在各用户端设置抗菌药物临床应用信息化管理模块,对抗菌药物的处方权、皮试、预防用药品种选择、预防用药医嘱时间、病原学送检、特殊级药物会诊申请等进行系统管控,对抗菌药物临床应用监测指标进行实时统计与分析,对监测网上报数据导出无需查询纸质病历。结果设置抗菌药物临床应用管理模块后,减轻了药师的工作压力,提高了工作效率,抗菌药物临床应用监测指标持续改善。结论基于SAP平台的抗菌药物临床应用管理模块,更好地促进了抗菌药物的合理使用,保障了患者用药安全,也提高了医疗质量。Objective To explore the use of the antibacterial agents clinical application management module of the SAP platform to promote rational clinical drug use.Methods According to the data processing characteristics of SAP platform,clinical application information management module of antimicrobial drugs was set up for every user,systematic control was carried out on the prescription authority,skin test,selection of preventive drugs,preventive medication doctor’s order time,etiology inspection,special drug consultation application,etc.,and real-time statistics and analysis were carried out on the monitoring indicators of clinical application of antibiotics.No need to query paper cases for export of monitoring online report data.Results After setting up the clinical management module of antibacterial agents,the monitoring indexes of clinical application of antibacterial agents were improved continuously,which reduced the working pressure of pharmacists and improved the working efficiency.Conclusion The implementation of the clinical application management module of antibacterial agents based on SAP platform can better promote the rational use of antibacterial agents,ensure the drug safety of patients and improve the medical quality.
