摘　　要：针对血液分析仪室内质控通过率低开展QC小组活动。认为参数不适应、操作不规范是导致问题发生的主要症结,运用关联图分析原因并展开要因逐一确认,针对要因制定有效改进措施,从参数调整、执行时间规定、加强培训等方面落实整改,使血液分析仪室内质控通过率从83.22%提高到98.45%,提高了工作效率。The quality control(QC)group activities were carried out in view of the low internal quality pass rate of blood analyzer.After investigation,it was believed that the main sticking points of the problem were the improper parameters and irregular operation.The reasons were analyzed by using the association graph and the main reasons were identified one by one.The effective improvement measures were formulated for the main reasons,and the rectification was carried out from the aspects of parameter adjustment,implementation time regulation,strengthening training,etc.,which made the passing rate of internal quality control of the blood analyzer increase from 83.22%to 98.45%,improving work efficiency.
