摘　　要：建立药品供应链延伸模式,搭建药品供应链管理平台。药库根据各调剂部门需求,由配送网络管理系统自动生成采购计划,全部药品由供应商集中配送,实现零库存管理。药房通过条形码扫描验收药品,信息自动批量导入医院信息系统,并从供应链管理系统直接下载电子发票,节省人力的同时确保了信息的准确。实践后,共缩减了3名药库工作人员,每年节省库房租赁费36万元,每月减少药品占用资金约24.5万元,药品采购计划时长缩短66.7%,验收入库时长缩短82.5%,发票录入时长缩短47.4%。医院药品供应链延伸是一种共赢模式,对医改过程有积极推动作用。The pharmaceutical supply chain extension model is established and the pharmaceutical supply chain management platform is set up.According to the demand of each dispensing department,the distribution network management system will automatically generate the procurement plan,and all medicine will be centralized distributed by suppliers to achieve zero inventory management.Pharmacies scan and check medicine through bar codes,information is automatically imported into HIS in batches,and electronic invoices are downloaded directly from the supply chain management system,saving manpower and ensuring the accuracy of information.After the practice,a total of three staff members of the pharmaceutical warehouse were reduced,the annual rental cost of the warehouse was saved 360000 yuan,and the funds occupied by medicine were reduced by 245000 yuan per month.The duration of the medicine purchase plan was shortened by 66.7%,the duration of acceptance storage was shortened by 82.5%,and the duration of invoice entry was shortened by 47.4%.Hospital pharmaceutical supply chain extension is a kind of win-win model,which plays a positive role in promoting the medical reform process.
