摘　　要：目的对血费出院即报相关影响因素进行分析,为有效落实无偿献血相关人用血后血费出院即报政策提供参考。方法对石家庄地区医院用血献血相关人到血液中心进行报销的原因逐项登记,同时对出院即报率低且用血量大的医院进行走访调研。结果2018年1月-12月石家庄地区产生血费报销数据的用血医院86所,累计报销4358人次,其中,到血液中心报销2048人次。不合理上站报销原因包括不知道医院能报销、门诊/急诊不予报销等,合理上站报销原因包括个人自愿不在医院报销、献血证丢失等。结论用血量大的医院出院即报率低是整体出院即报率低的关键。在优化、完善相关措施的基础上,出院即报率仍有较大提升空间,需要医院与血站密切配合,更需要卫生行政部门的干预与支持。Objective The relevant influencing factors of blood expenses immediate reimbursement after discharged were analyzed to provide a reference for the effective implementation of the policy forblood expenses immediate reimbursement after discharged after blood donation related to unpaid blood donation.Methods The reasons for reimbursement from blood center for blood donors who used blood in hospitals in Shijiazhuang were recorded,and the hospitals with low rate of immediate reimbursement after discharge and with large amount of blood use were visited and investigated.Results From January to December 2018,86 hospitals with blood use in Shijiazhuang had reimbursed 4358 person-times,including 2048 person-times reimbursement from blood center.Unreasonable reimbursement reasons included unknowing the hospital can reimburse,outpatient/emergency reimbursement was not allowed,etc.Reasonable reimbursement reasons included personal voluntary reimbursement from blood center,loss of blood donation card,etc.Conclusion The low rateof blood expenses immediate reimbursement after discharge in hospitals with large blood consumption was the key to the low immediate reimbursement rate.On the basis of optimizing and perfecting the relevant implementation measures,the immediate reimbursement rate after discharge still had a large room for improvement.Close cooperation between hospitals and blood banks is needed,and the intervention and support of health administration departments are also needed.
