摘  要:采用低倍组织、金相显微组织、扫描电镜等测试分析,分析了轨道交通用6005A铝合金型材低倍组织亮线产生的原因。结果表明:挤压过程中局部金属流速差异是导致低倍组织亮线产生的最主要原因。低倍组织亮线在高倍金相图片上显示晶粒组织明显杂乱无章,呈无序排列,两侧正常组织显示为较为明显的细长挤压组织。通过修模增加铝合金与导流模入口的摩擦,增加档台平衡各部位静水压力,使各部位流速均匀,可以消除低倍组织亮线缺陷。The causes of macrostructure bright line of 6005 A aluminum alloy profile for rail transit were analyzed by means of macrostructure test,metallographic structure and scanning electron microscope?The results show that the difference of local metal flow velocity is the main reason for the generation of macrostructure brightness line.Metallographic structure analysis shows that the grain structure is obviously disorganized and arranged in disorder.While the normal microstructure on both sides shows relatively obvious elongated extruded microstructure.Macrostructure bright lines can be eliminated by increasing the friction between the aluminum alloys and the inlet of the guide mold,increasing the hydrostatic pressure of the damper and balancing the flow rate of each part.
