人性化护理管理对恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理管理对恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法本次研究选取2016年12月~2018年10月于本院就诊的恢复期精神分裂症患者62例,经由抽签法分成对照组(n=31)及观察组(n=31),前者予以常规护理干预,后者采用常规护理联用人性化护理管理,分析组间护理效果差异。结果观察组干预后BPRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后PSP显著高于对照组及干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后CD-RISC显著高于对照组及干预前(P<0.05)。结论在恢复期精神分裂症患者治疗过程中联用人性化护理管理,有助于提升其生活质量,优化其病情恢复效果。Objective To analyze the impact of humanized nursing management on patients with schizophrenia during recovery.Methods Sixty-two patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to October 1818 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)by lottery.Regular nursing intervention was used,and the latter used routine nursing+humanized nursing management to analyze the difference in nursing effect between groups.Results The BPRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PSP of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of humanized nursing management in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia during recovery period can help to improve their quality of life and optimize their recovery.
