在乳腺专科护理中应用海恩法则理论指导下的标识管理对护理工作满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在乳腺专科护理中应用海恩法则理论指导下的标识管理对护理工作满意度的影响。方法 2017年3月~2019年02月,选取我院所收治的90例乳腺癌患者为研究的对象,分为两组,比较两组护士对患者病情的掌握程度以及患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组护士对患者病情的掌握程度明显优于对照组,同时,观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在乳腺专科护理的过程中,相关的护理人员可以采用海恩法则理论指导下的标识管理方式进行护理,更有利于护理工作,值得应用和推广。Objective To explore the influence of label management on the satisfaction of nursing work under the guidance of Haien's rule theory in breast specialist nursing.Methods From March 2017 to February 2019,90 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.The two groups of nurses were compared with the patient's condition and the patient's satisfaction with the nursing work.degree.Results The nurses in the observation group had a better grasp of the patient's condition than the control group.At the same time,the satisfaction of the nursing group in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of breast specialist nursing,the relevant nursing staff can use the logo management method under the guidance of Haien's rule theory to carry out nursing,which is more conducive to nursing work and worthy of application and promotion.
