膝关节镜辅助下治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究膝关节镜辅助下对胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果。方法纳入30例患者作为此次研究的对象,纳入标准:在我院确诊为胫骨平台骨折,并在我院自愿接受治疗,纳入时间段为:2017年1月至2018年12月期间,30例患者中,包括男性患者和女性患者各15例,年龄最小的患者为19岁,年龄最大的患者为67岁,患者的平均年龄为(43.81±3.94)岁,胫骨平台骨折分型:Ⅰ型8例,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型9例,Ⅳ型6例。患者均通过膝关节镜的辅助进行胫骨平台骨折的治疗,在术后对患者进行时长为5个月的随访,评价患者在术后5个月的Rasmussen临床及影像评分。结果 30例患者在术后均接受了时长为5个月的随访,并未出现失访的情况,30例患者中,出现合并半月板损伤情况的患者有9例,有6例患者出现侧副韧带损伤的合并情况,4例患者出现前后交叉韧带损伤的情况,没有患者在术后出现韧带完全撕裂的情况,交叉韧带损伤患者在手术过程中均进行一期固定治疗。术后随访发现,30例患者的骨折均获得了较好的愈合效果,仅有1例患者在术后出现了浅表感染的情况,经治疗后痊愈,术中不不良综合征出现,术后无不良反应出现。30例患者的Rasmussen临床评估优良率为83.58%,Rasmussen影像学评估优良率80.46%。结论对于出现胫骨平台骨折的患者的临床治疗来说,在膝关节镜辅助下进行治疗的方法有着较好的效果,因此,值得在临床上进行推广及应用。Objective To study the effect of knee arthroscopy in the treatment of tibia plateau fracture.Methods 30 patients were included as the subjects of this study,and the criteria for inclusion were as follows:fractures of the tibia plateau were diagnosed in our hospital and voluntarily treated in our hospital.Results 30 patients received a 5-month follow-up with a 5-month follow-up,and no follow-up occurred,and in 30 patients,there were 9 patients with a combination of meniscal injury.There were 6 patients with collateral ligament injury and 4 cases of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury.The postoperative follow-up showed that the fracture of 30 patients had better healing effect.Only one patient experienced superficial infection after operation,and recovered after treatment and not in the operation.There were no adverse reactions after operation.The excellent and good rates of Rasmussen and Rasmussen imaging were 83.58%and 80.46%respectively.Conclusion For the clinical treatment of patients with tibia plateau fracture,the method assisted by knee arthroscopy has a good effect,so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
