钇掺杂钌催化剂的制备及其催化对硝基甲苯加氢制对甲基环己胺

摘  要:为提高钌催化剂催化对硝基甲苯加氢制对甲基环己胺反应的性能,采用浸渍法制备了不同Y含量的Ru-Y/NaY催化剂,研究了Y含量对催化剂活性及稳定性的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能谱(EDS)、N2吸附/脱附等温测试、等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、H2程序升温还原手段(H2-TPR),对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征。结果表明,适量的Y加入,具有提高Ru组分的负载量、使Ru微粒更细小、增强催化剂活性组分向催化剂表面迁移和使催化剂更容易还原等作用,从而可有效提高催化剂的催化活性及稳定性。当Y加入量为0.33%时,PNT转化率和PMC选择性达到最高,分别为99.9%和82.5%。经过5次重复性实验,催化剂的活性下降仅有2.12%。Ru-Y/NaY catalysts with different Y content were prepared by impregnation method in order to improve the performance of ruthenium catalyst in the hydrogenation of p-nitrotoluene to p-methylcyclohexylamine.The effect of Y content on the activity and stability of catalyst was studied.The structure and properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray energy spectrum(EDS),N2 adsorption/desorption isothermal test,plasma emission spectrum analysis(ICP-AES),transmission electron microscope(TEM),H2-temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR).The results showed that,the addition of proper amount of Y could increase the load of Ru component,make Ru particle smaller,strengthen the migration of active component to the surface of the catalyst and make the catalyst easier to be reduced,so as to effectively improve the activity and stability of the catalyst.When the content of Y was 0.33%,the conversion rate of PNT and the selectivity of PMC reached 99.9%and 82.5%,respectively.
