摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM),丙烯酸(AA),2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)及自制烯丙基壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为反应单体,以Na2SO3与(NH4)2S2O8的氧化还原体系为引发剂,合成了聚合物降滤失剂PAMAP。FT-IR、1H NMR及能谱分析表明PAMAP的结构符合预期,热重结果表明其抗温性能良好。滤失实验结果表明PAMAP降滤失剂在淡水基浆中的最佳加量为1.5%;在160℃下老化16 h后的淡水基浆的API滤失量为8.2 mL、高温高压滤失量为32.4 mL;NaCl加量为30%时,老化前后的API分别为15.8和17.5 mL,表明PAMAP降滤失剂具有良好的抗温抗盐能力。Polymer filtrate reducer PAMAP was synthesized by using AM,AA,AMPS and self-made allylnonphenol polyoxylene ether as reaction monomer and redox system of Na2SO3 and(NH4)2S2O8 as initiator.The results of energy spectrum analysis showed that the structure of PAMAP was in accordance with expectations,and the thermogravimetric results showed that PAMAP had good temperature resistance.The results of filtration experiment showed that the optimum dosage of PAMAP filtrate reducer in freshwater base pulp was 1.5%,and when the API filtration amount of fresh water base pulp aged at 160℃for 16 h was 8.2 mL and 32.4 mL.When the dosage of NaCl was 30%,the API before and after aging was 15.8 mL and 17.5 mL,respectively,indicating that PAMAP filtrate reducer had good resistance to temperature and salt.
