摘　　要：以油酸、3,5-二氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑为原料合成中间体3,5-二油酰胺基-2H-1,2,4-三氮唑,中间体与1,3-二氯异丙醇进行季胺化反应合成1,3-二(3,5-二油酸酰胺基-2H-2-氯化铵-1,2,4-三氮唑-2-氯化铵)-2-丙醇。利用FTIR、两相滴定法及电导法测试分析了合成产物结构、活性物含量和临界胶束浓度。将产物配制成黏弹性表面活性剂(VES)酸性体系,并测定体系的流变性能、缓蚀性能。表征结果显示,产物活性物含量(w)88.6%;临界胶束浓度1.0×10^-6 mol/L;产品配制的VES酸液在170 s^-1、90℃下剪切1 h后,液体黏度大于18 mPa·s;配制的酸液90℃下动态腐蚀速率1.8118/g/(m^2·h),符合行业应用标准,酸压增油效果明显。The intermediate was synthesized from oleic acid and 3,5-diamino-2 hydrogen-1,2,4-triazole,and then reacted with 1,3-dichloro isopropanol to form a symmetric heterocyclic oligomeric surfactant.The structure,surfactant content and critical micelle concentration of the synthesized product were determined by FTIR,two-phase titration and conductivity method respectively.The product was prepared into the acid system of viscoelastic surfactant(VES),and the rheological property and corrosion inhibition property of the system were determined.The results showed that the content of surfactant was 88.6%,the critical micelle concentration being 1.0×10^-6 mol/L.the viscosity of VES acid prepared by the product after shearing at 170 s^-1,90℃ for 1 h is greater than 18 mPa·s.The dynamic corrosion inhibition rate of the prepared acid solution at 90℃ was 1.8118/(g/(m^2·h),which conforms to the industrial application standard.The molecular structure of the product contained not only four carbon 17 long alkyl chains,but also contained symmetrical heterocyclic triazole.so it not only increased the acid thickening ability,but also had the function of acid corrosion inhibition,and had multifunctional characteristics.
