摘 要:以松脂脱除松节油后剩余的廉价松香和废油脂为原料,以NaOH/Al2O3固体碱为催化剂,经甘油预酯化和甲醇酯交换两步法反应制备松香基生物质农药溶剂RB30,考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量对预酯化反应转化率的影响。最佳的反应条件为:反应时间6 h、反应温度240℃、催化剂用量为原料质量0.5%,在此条件下,预酯化反应产率可达到99.3%以上;通过该法可得到的松香基生物质农药溶剂RB30安全环保、成本低,非常具有开发前景。The roisin-based biomass pesticide solvent RB30 was achieved by pre-esterification of raw materials including swill-cooked oiland the residual inexpensive resin after extracting oil from turpentine and the NaOH/Al2O3 solid base as catalyst.The effects including reaction time,temperature and amount of the catalyst on pre-esterification were investigated.The experimental results showed that the molar yield can be superior to 99.3%with the optimized reaction conditions which were reaction time 6 h,240℃and amount of the catalyst 0.5%.A green environmentally friendly bio-pesticide solvent was obtained by this method with low cost.
