摘 要:通过引入4-壬基酚进行化学改性,进一步提高曼尼希碱的热稳定性,得到一种新型结构的曼尼希碱。实验结果表明:改性后曼尼希碱的热稳定性及清净性能均得到明显提高,模拟试验沉积物下降率均达到90%以上。以改性曼尼希碱清净剂为主剂通过了M111法台架试验,其中进气阀沉积物由空白的265 mg降低到了28 mg,沉积物降低率高达89.4%,而燃烧室沉积物仅增加3.3%。在防锈性和破乳性方面同样表现优异。By introducing 4-nonylphenol for chemical modification,the thermal stability of mannich base was further improved,and a new structure of mannich base was obtained.The results show that the thermal stability anddetergency of the modified mannich base have been significantly improved,and the sediment degradation rate of the simulated test has reached more than 90%.The M111 test was carried out with modified mannich base as the main detergent,in which the inlet valve sediment decreased from 265 mg to 28 mg,the sediment reduction rate was as high as 89.4%,and the combustion chamber sediment only increased by 3.3%.It also performs well in rust resistance and demulsification.
