循证护理在纵隔镜手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在纵隔镜手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将124例纵隔镜手术患者按入院时间分为对照组和观察组各62例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用循证护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组下床活动时间、开始进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后疾病知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可促进纵隔镜手术患者尽快恢复,缓解其焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高疾病认知水平,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the application and effect of evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing mediastinoscope surgery.Methods:A total of 124 patients with mediastinoscope surgery were divided into control group and observation group with 62 cases each according to the admission time.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The activity time,feeding time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can promote the recovery of patients undergoing mediastinoscope surgery,relieve their anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,improve the level of disease cognition,and reduce the incidence of complications.
