基于云平台的院外远程护理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于云平台的院外远程护理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法:将2016年1月1日~2017年12月31日收治的61例脑卒中患者作为对照组,实施传统的出院后随访模式;将2017年1月1日~2018年12月31日收治的59例脑卒中患者作为观察组,采用基于云平台的远程护理干预模式进行延续护理管理。比较两组出院当日、出院3个月后生活质量[采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)]及治疗依从性、满意度。结果:出院3个月后,观察组SS-QOL评分、治疗依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑卒中患者实施基于云平台的远程护理干预模式,能明显提高其生活质量和治疗依从性,同时提升其护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of out-of-hospital remote nursing intervention based on cloud platform in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 61 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were selected as the control group,and the traditional post-discharge follow-up model was implemented.A total of 59 stroke patients admitted from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018 were selected as the observation group,and the remote nursing intervention model based on cloud platform was adopted for continuous nursing management.The quality of life[using the Stroke-Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL)],treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction on the day of discharge and three months after discharge the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Three months after discharge SS-QOL score,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The remote nursing intervention model based on cloud platform for patients with acute cerebral apoplexy can significantly improve their quality of life and treatment compliance,as well as their nursing satisfaction.
