基于精准护理理念的改良方案在断指再植患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于精准护理理念的改良方案在断指再植患者中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月1日~2019年8月31日129例断指再植患者随机分为实验组65例和对照组64例,实验组采用基于精准护理理念的改良方案进行护理,对照组采用断指再植传统护理方案进行护理。比较两组患者血管危象、术后感染、便秘发生情况、术后疼痛程度、住院费用及患者舒适度。结果:实验组患者血管危象、术后感染、便秘发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01),舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者住院费用少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:将基于精准护理的改良方案应用于断指再植患者护理中,可有效降低血管危象、术后感染、便秘发生率,缓解术后疼痛程度,减少患者住院费用,提高患者舒适度。Objective:To explore the application effect of improved scheme based on precision nursing concept in patients with replantation of severed finger.Methods:From January 1,2018 to August 31,2019,129 patients with replantation of severed fingers were randomly divided into experimental group of 65 patients and control group of 64 patients.The experimental group adopted the improved nursing scheme based on the concept of precision nursing,and the control group was nursed by the traditional nursing scheme for replantation of severed finger.The incidence of vascular crisis,postoperative infection and constipation,postoperative pain,hospitalization cost and patient comfort were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of vascular crisis,postoperative infection and constipation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization cost of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved program based on precision nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of vascular crisis,postoperative infection and constipation,relieve postoperative pain,reduce hospitalization expenses and improve patient comfort.
