摘  要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对锡锭中微量锌进行实验研究,优化了试样的溶解方式、分离富集方法及测定条件,考察了基体和主要杂质元素的干扰情况。方法的变异系数在0.85%~3.39%,样品加标回收率在95.0%~104.0%,结果稳定,重现性好,可测定锡中0.0002%~0.005%的锌,已作为国家标准推广应用。flame atomic absorption spectrom etry was used to study trace zinc in tin ingots, and the dissolution, separation and enrichment methods and determination conditions of the samples were optimized. the coefficient of variation of the method is between 0.85% and 3.39, and the recovery rate of the sample plus standard is between 95.0% and 104.0%. the results are stable and reproducible, and the zinc of 0.0002% and 0.005% in tin can be determined, which has been used as the national standard for popularization and application.
