邻氯苯甲酸水解产物气相色谱分析

摘  要:建立了快速能同时定量分析邻氯苯甲酸水解产物水杨酸,苯甲酸及未反应的邻氯苯甲酸的气相色谱分析方法。采用DEGS-880AWDMCS不锈钢管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以邻甲氧基苯甲酸为内标,结果表明,水杨酸,苯甲酸及邻氯苯甲酸样品的平均回收率99.9%,99.9%,98.8%和标准偏差(RSD)分别为:1.25%,3.38%,3.37%该分析方法快速,精度高。A gas chromatographic method for rapid and simultaneous quantitative analysis of salicylic acid, benzoic acid and unreacted o-chlorobenzoic acid was established. Using DEGS-880 AWDMCS stainless steel string and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) with o-methoxybenzoic acid as the internal standard, the results showed that the average recovery of salicylic acid, benzoic acid and o-chlorobenzoic acid samples was 99.9%,99.9%,98.8% and the standard deviation(RSD) was 1.25%,3.38%,3.37%, respectively.The method is fast and accurate.
