摘　　要：北京作为特大型缺水城市,多年来一直以节水型单位创建为抓手推进节水型社会建设。随着国家节水行动的深入开展,水利部提出“树立一个标杆,开展水利行业节水机关建设”,扎实推进节约用水工作。总结了北京市水务系统节水机关建设现状及进展,对存在的问题进行了分析,并就如何高效发挥示范引领作用,形成可复制、可推广的机关节水建设经验,做好全社会节水型单位创建工作提出了建议。As the metropolis suffers from severe water shortage,over the years,Beijinghas strived to build up water-saving society by using water-saving type of organization as a typical model.Along with the initiation of national water-saving campaign,the Ministry of Water Resources proposed to"set up a typical model for water conservation in the water sector".Based on summary of current conditions and progress of building up water-saving organization and analysis of issues and challenges,recommendations are given on how to give full play to the role of demonstration leadership,accumulate replicable and generalizable practices and experiences.
