摘　　要：随着信息时代的发展,在线课程教学模式等网络教学弥补了传统教学模式的一些缺陷,突破了时间以及地理空间的限制。本文基于struts2框架MVC的开发模式,采用bootstrap、MySQL等技术针对web端和移动端分别进行在线课程平台的搭建,实现了相应的教学和学习功能。With development of information age, network teaching including online teaching mode makes up for defects of traditional teaching mode, breaks through limits of time and geographical space. Based on MVC development mode of struts 2 framework, the paper builds online course platform and realizes corresponding functions of teaching and learning for web and mobile respectively with bootstrap, MySQL based on MVC development mode of struts 2 framework.
