摘　　要：目的为麻醉护理人员在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的工作给予防控措施建议。方法组织多名麻醉护理专家,根据国家级、省级发布的相关防控方案、指引,感染防控的相关标准,以及多家学会、医院的麻醉医疗和手术室防控策略与建议,结合麻醉护理工作特点,制定麻醉护理在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控工作中的建议。结果制定出了新冠肺炎患者的麻醉护理防控工作建议专家共识,包含疑似或确诊新冠肺炎患者在手术麻醉期间的麻醉护理,新冠肺炎疫情期间麻醉护理工作的日常防护。结论此新冠肺炎患者的麻醉护理防控工作建议专家共识,供省内外各地医院,麻醉护理同仁们参考。Objective To provide prevention and control measures for anesthesia nurses during the outbreak of COVID-19. Methods According to national and provincial-level prevention and control programs and guidelines of infection control in the operating room and recommendations from several medical associations and hospitals, combined with the characteristics of anesthesia nursing, recommendations for prevention and infection control measures in anesthesia care were developed by several anesthesia experts. Results Expert consensus on prevention and control measures in anesthesia care for COVID-19 patients was achieved, including care for suspected or confirmed patients during anesthesia and daily protection in anesthesia care during novel coronavirus epidemic. Conclusion Expert consensus on the prevention and control measures in anesthesia care for COVID-19 patients provides reference for medical staff in and out of Guangdong Province.
