摘  要:废塑料热值高,来源丰富,是一种理想的能源。不同类型的塑料组成的原料通过快速热解过程可以转化为燃油,即塑料热解油,并在内燃机中被利用来产生能量和热量。针对塑料热解油和柴油从0到100%的比例混合,从25%到100%负荷,在一台四缸直喷式柴油机上对塑料热解油进行柴油机性能和排放试验。分析了塑料热解油对直喷式柴油机性能与排放的影响,并与柴油的运行情况进行比较。结果表明:塑料热解油在某些柴油机特定运行工况下与柴油燃料的性能相类似,是一种很有前途的替代燃料。Waste plastic has high heat value and abundant source,which is an ideal energy source.The raw materials of different types of plastics can be converted into fuel through the rapid pyrolysis process,that is,plastic pyrolysis oil,which is used in the internal combustion engine to generate energy and heat.Based on the proportion of mixture of the plastic pyrolysis oil to diesel oil ratio from 0%to 100%,under different engine loads from 25%to 100%,a four-cylinder DI diesel engine is tested to determine its performance and emissions.The effects of plastic pyrolysis oil on the performance and discharge of direct injection diesel engine were analyzed and compared with the operation of engine fueled with diesel.The results show that the performance of plastic pyrolysis oil is similar to that of diesel fuel under certain engine operating conditions,and it is a promising alternative fuel.
