摘  要:建立了某增压直喷汽油发动机活塞环组动力学及机油消耗预测模型,研究分析了发动机活塞环组机油消耗特性。同时,对活塞环组主要设计参数进行了趋势性分析,并针对耐久后高转速下机油耗高的问题进行不同的方案对比,最终得到最优方案,并通过试验验证解决了问题。An oil consumption prediction model of a piston ring assembly has been modeled.And with this model,the property of piston rings oil consumption was studied.At the same time,the main design parameters of piston rings group were analyzed.Then,the different cases were compared to solve the problem of high oil consumption at high speed after durability.The optimal case was finally obtained.With this case,the oil consumption decreased and was experimentally verified.
