摘  要:应用OptiStruct实现发动机液压泵支架的轻量化。首先,考虑设计边界和工艺约束,进行单目标优化,得到的优化结果难以重构三维模型。然后,通过构建评价函数,调整优化方法,进行多目标优化,优化结果的受力传递路径清晰、明确。最后,分析了结构改进前后的模态、应力分布和疲劳性能。结果表明:拓扑优化改善了结构的受力状态,避免了应力集中现象,刚度、强度、疲劳安全系数等性能均有明显提升,支架质量减轻了31%。OptiStruct is used to achieve lightweight of the engine hydraulic pump bracket.Firstly,considering the design boundary and process constraints,single-objective optimization is carried out,and the obtained optimization results are difficult to reconstruct the 3D model.Then,by constructing the evaluation function,adjusting the optimization method,and performing multi-objective optimization,the force transmission path of the optimization result is clear and clear.Finally,the modality,stress distribution and fatigue performance before and after structural improvement are analyzed.The results show that topological optimization improves the stress state of the structure and avoids stress concentration.The performances such as stiffness,strength and fatigue safety coefficient are obviously improved.The quality of the stent was reduced by 31%.
