摘 要:为了评估实验平台单级涡轮增压器压气机的性能,分析了等熵效率的性能参数误差来源,并依等熵效率在绝热条件与非绝热条件下的测量模型及其不确定度评价方程,得到等熵效率的高精度测量结果。同时对不可避免的传热损失进行了模型预测分析,结果表明每损失1 000 J热量会影响该压气机效率2.6个百分点,得到更精确的压气机效率值。In order to evaluate the performance of single-stage machines with a relatively low-pressure ratios in the turbocharger compressor testing,the error sources of performance parameters of isentropic efficiency are analyzed,and the high precision measurement results of isentropic efficiency are obtained,according to the measurement model and uncertainty evaluation equation of isentropic efficiency under adiabatic and diabatic flows.Meanwhile,the inevitable heat transfer is predicted and analyzed by the model.The results show that the compressor efficiency is affected by 2.6%per 1000 J heat loss,and a more accurate compressor efficiency value is calculated.
