二次分选对湖南烤烟可用性的影响

摘　　要：为分析二次分选对烤烟等级合格率和烟叶质量的影响,在复烤前对采购的湖南产区3个等级烟叶进行二次分选,并对分选前后的烟叶等级合格率、杂物、化学成分和感官质量进行了对比分析。结果表明:二次分选可显著提高烟叶的等级合格率,3个等级合格率分别提高了22.0%、19.8%和20.2%;杂物含量则明显降低,3个等级分别降低了90.72%、91.35%和91.42%;二次分选使烟叶的化学成分更趋协调,感官质量有不同程度提高。由此得出,二次分选可以提高烟叶的工业可用性。In order to analysis the effects of reselection on the qualified rate of grade and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves,three main purchasing grades(C2F,C3F,B1F)in Hunan province were re-selected before the re-drying process,the qualification rate of grade,the amount of miscellaneous objects,chemical component and smoking quality of tobacco leaves before and after reselection were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the reselection could increase the qualification rate of the three main purchasing tobacco leaf grades by 22.0%,19.8%and 20.2%.The amounts of miscellaneous objects in the three main purchasing tobacco leaf grades decreased by 90.72%,91.35%and 91.42%.Through the reselection,the chemical composition was coordinated and the smoking quality was improved.Reselection can improve the industrial usability of flue-cured tobacco leaves.
