对1例带状疱疹后神经痛并发周围神经损伤所致肢体运动功能障碍的老年患者的康复治疗

摘　　要：对1例带状疱疹后神经痛并发周围神经损伤所致肢体运动功能障碍的老年患者进行康复治疗。治疗3个月后,患者的视觉模拟量表评分显著降低,患侧手指关节活动度显著提高,肌力也有所改善。An elderly with limb dyskinesia caused by postherpetic neuralgia complicated with peripheral nerve injury was rehabilitated for 3 months.His Visual Analogue Scale score was significantly decreased and muscle strength and the range of the finger joint movements were significantly improved.
