摘　　要：药品安全是重大的民生问题,事关公众健康、经济社会发展,事关国家公共安全。执业药师肩负着保障药品质量,指导患者合理用药、安全用药的神圣使命,发挥着保障公众用药安全的重要作用,加强零售药店执业药师药学服务能力建设具有积极的现实意义。本文在查阅文献的基础上,梳理执业药师执业及开展药学服务能力的现状、新形势下对执业药师药学服务能力的新要求以及提升执业药师服务能力的举措和思路,从而探究零售药店执业药师药学服务能力建设的新要求及思路。Drug safety is a major issue of people’s livelihood,which concerns public health,economic and social development,and national public safety.Practice pharmacists shoulder the sacred mission of ensuring the quality of medicines,directing patients to use rational and safe medicines and play an important role in protecting the safety of public medicines,and strengthening the capacity building for pharmacists in retail pharmacies to provide pharmacy services has positive and practical signi ficance.This paper combs the actuality of practicing pharmacists and carrying out pharmacy service ability,the new requirements for practicing pharmacists’pharmacy service ability under the new situation,and the measures and thoughts to improve the practicing pharmacists’service ability based on consulting literatures,so as to explore the new requirements and thoughts of pharmacy service capacity building of retail pharmacy practitioners.
