摘 要:目的分析分离自徐州市儿童医院收治患儿的601株肠杆菌对头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢替坦耐药及交叉耐药情况。方法分离自徐州市儿童医院收治患儿的601株肠杆菌,采用Vitek-2 compact全自动鉴定及药敏试验分析系统检测其对头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢替坦的耐药及交叉耐药情况,使用Whonet 5.6软件计算细菌耐药率、中介率、敏感率并进行交叉耐药性分析。结果601株肠杆菌对头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢替坦的耐药率分别为47.0%、23.3%、11.1%,两两相比,P均<0.05。头孢曲松与头孢替坦的交叉耐药率(11.00%)、头孢他啶与头孢替坦的交叉耐药率(10.60%)均低于头孢曲松与头孢他啶的交叉耐药率(23.00%)。结论徐州市儿童医院临床分离的601株肠杆菌对头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢替坦均存在不同程度的耐药性,头孢曲松耐药率最高、头孢替坦耐药率最低;头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢替坦之间均存在交叉耐药,头孢曲松与头孢他啶的交叉耐药率最高。Objective To analyze the drug resistance phenotype and cross-resistance of 601 strains of Enterobacteria isolated from Xuzhou Children's Hospital to three cephalosporins(ceftizoxime,ceftazidime,and cefotetan).Methods We isolated 601 strains of Enterobacteria from Xuzhou Children's Hospital,and tested their resistance to ceftriaxone,ceftazidime,and cefotetan by using the VITEK-2 compact automatic identification system and drug sensitivity test analysis system.We used Whonet 5.6 software to calculate the bacterial resistance rate,mediation rate,and sensitivity rate and performed cross-resistance analysis.Results The resistance rates of 601 Enterobacteria to ceftriaxone,ceftazidime,and ceftiotan were 47.0%,23.3%,and 11.1%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The cross-resistance rate to ceftriaxone and cefotetan(11.00%)and the cross-resistance rate to ceftazidime and cefotetan(10.60%)were lower than the cross-resistance rate of ceftriaxone and ceftazidime(23.00%).Conclusion The clinical isolated 601 strains of Enterobacteria isolated from Xuzhou Children's Hospital have different degrees of resistance to ceftriaxone,ceftazidime,and cefotetan,with the highest resistance rate to ceftriaxone and the lowest resistance rate to ceftritan;there is cross-resistance to ceftazidime,ceftazidime,and ceftiotan,and the cross-resistance rate to ceftriaxone and ceftazidime is the highest.
