摘 要:目的了解松江区重要病媒生物的种类构成及其季节消长规律,为病媒传播疾病的预防和控制提供依据。方法采用二氧化碳诱捕法、笼诱法、夹夜法和粘捕法分别对不同生境中蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑开展监测。结果 2012-2016年捕获蚊虫1科4属5种,总计9 424只,其中淡色库蚊为优势种,占56.49%。农户生境蚊密度最高,蚊密度高峰期在6-8月;捕获蝇类3科8属11种,总计829只,其中家蝇为优势种,占39.20%。绿化生境蝇密度最高,其次为居民区,蝇密度高峰期在6-9月份;捕获鼠类1科2属3种,总计57只,其中小家鼠为优势种,占50.88%。(农户)室内生境鼠密度最高,鼠密度高峰期在春秋两季;捕获蟑螂1科2属2种,总计5 052只,其中德国小蠊为优势种,占98.50%。餐饮店生境蟑螂密度最高,其次为农贸市场,蟑密度高峰期在7-9月。结论明确了松江区主要病媒生物的种类、分布和密度变化趋势,应以监测结果指导病媒生物控制工作,完善病媒生物防治体系的建设。Objective To understand the species composition and seasonal fluctuations of vectors in Songjiang District,and provide a basis for prevention and control of vectors.Methods CO2 traps,cage traps,night traps and stick traps were used to monitor mosquitoes,flies,rats and cockroaches in different habitats.Results A total of 9 424 mosquitoes were captured from 2012 to 2016,belonged to 1 families,4 genera,5 species.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species,accounting for 56.49%.The density of mosquitoes in farmyards was the highest.The density peak appeared from June to August.A total of 829 flies were captured,belonged to 3 families,8 genera,11 species.Musca domestica was the dominant species,accounting for 39.20%.The density of flies was the highest in the virescence,followed by the residential areas.The density peak appeared from June to September.A total of 57 rats were captured,belonged to 1 family,2 genera,3 species.Mus musculus was the dominant species,accounting for 50.88%.Density of rats in farmers’ houses was the highest.The density peak appeared in spring and autumn.A total of 5 052 cockroaches were captured belonged to 1 family,2 genera,2 species.Blattella germanica was the dominant species,accounting for 98.50%.The density of cockroaches was the highest in catering,followed by that on farm produce markets.The density peak appeared from July to September.Conclusion The main species,distributions and density trend of vectors in Songjiang were clarified,and the control measures should be guided by monitoring results which can improve the construction of vector control system.
