摘 要:目的了解昌平区不同生态环境中主要蚊种密度及季节消长情况,为蚊虫防治工作提供依据。方法采用CO2诱蚊灯法对蚊虫进行监测。结果 2018年捕蚊599只,蚊密度为0.83只/(灯·h),主要蚊种为淡色库蚊(占蚊总数的99.00%),为优势蚊种。蚊密度季节消长曲线基本呈单峰型,7月上旬蚊密度达高峰3.88只/(灯·h),居民区、公园、医院、民房、养殖场蚊密度分别为0.13、0.28、0.13、0.13、0.17只/(灯·h),优势蚊种均为淡色库蚊,蚊密度差异无统计学意义(χ2=20,P=0.22)。结论应加强淡色库蚊的防治工作,在高峰来临前开展灭蚊工作,降低蚊密度,防止蚊媒疾病的发生和流行。Objective To know the density and seasonal fluctuation of main mosquito species in different ecological environments in Changping District.Methods Mosquito density was monitored with CO2 lamp traps.Results A total of 599 mosquitoes were caught in 2018,and the average density was 0.83 insects per lamp in an hour.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species,accounting for 99.00%.The seasonal fluctuation curve of mosquito density showed a single peak type.Mosquito density peaked in early July which was 3.88 insects per lamp in an hour.The density of mosquitoes in residential areas,parks,hospitals,houses and farms were 0.13,0.28,0.13,0.13,0.17 insects per lamp in an hour.The dominant species was Culex pipiens pallens.There was no significant difference in mosquito density between different environments(χ2=20,P=0.22).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the control of Culex pipiens pallens,carry out mosquito control work before the peak,reduce mosquito density and prevent the occurrence of insect-borne diseases.
