摘　　要：目的了解河北省医疗机构鼠疫应急防控能力建设基本情况,为制定鼠疫防控策略提供科学依据和参考。方法对河北省11个地级市抽取了50所医疗机构作为调查对象,分别是13所综合医院,13所定点救治医院,11所县医院,13所乡镇卫生院,对其按调查内容进行调查。结果河北省市级和县级综合医院评价良好的项目占比为48.7%和43.4%,定点救治医院评价良好的项目占比达到82.1%,而乡镇卫生院仅为10.3%。结论河北省医疗机构鼠疫应急防控能力建设相对不足,需要加强鼠疫应急能力建设力度。Objective To understand the basic situation of plague emergency management capacity construction in medical institutions of Hebei Province,and provide scientific basis and reference for formulating plague prevention and control strategies.Methods Fifty medical institutions,including 13 general hospitals,13 designated treatment hospitals,11 county hospitals,and 13 township health hospitals,were selected from 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,and evaluated according to the contents of the survey.Results The proportions of municipal and county general hospitals in Hebei Province with good projects were 48.7 % and 43.4 %.82.1% targeted treatment hospitals were evaluated good,while 10.3% township health centres were evaluated good.Conclusion The capacity of plague emergency management in medical institutions in Hebei Province is relatively insufficient,and it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of plague emergency prevention and control.
