摘 要:目的探究马陆肠道细菌对普通卷甲虫取食和活动的影响,进而筛选普通卷甲虫的细菌驱避剂。方法利用传统分离纯培养法分离马陆的肠道可培养细菌,通过16S rDNA对细菌进行分子鉴定,再通过爬行痕迹实验和取食选择实验确定细菌对普通卷甲虫取食和活动的影响。结果在马陆肠道内分离到可培养肠道细菌10种,分别为短小芽孢杆菌、莫林枸橼酸杆菌、产气克雷伯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、拟香味类香味菌、粪产碱杆菌、厦门芽孢杆菌、弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。通过爬行痕迹实验表明,蜡样芽胞杆菌、拟香味类香味菌和粪产碱杆菌对普通卷甲虫的活动有显著驱避作用;而通过取食选择实验表明,短小芽孢杆菌、产气克雷伯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌和厦门芽孢杆菌对普通卷甲虫的取食有显著驱避作用。结论明确了6种马陆肠道细菌对普通卷甲虫的取食有显著驱避作用,为开发普通卷甲虫无害化驱避剂奠定了基础。Objective To explore the effects of the bacteria from intestines of Spirobolus bungii on the feeding and activity of Armadillidium vulgare,and lay a foundation for the development of new bacterial repellents to Armadillidium vulgare.Methods The culturable bacteria from intestine of Spirobolus bungii were isolated by traditional method and identified using sequences of 16 S rDNA.The effects of bacteria on activities and feeding of A.vulgare were determined using crawling-trace experiment and feeding-selection experiment.Results A total of 10 species of culturable intestinal bacteria were isolated from the intestines of Spirobolus bungii,including Bacillus pumilus,Citrobacter murliniae,Klebsiella aerogenes,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Bacillus cereus,Myroides odoratimimus,Alcaligenes faecalis,Bacillus xiamenensis and Citrobacter freundii.The crawl trace experiment showed that Bacillus cereus, Myroides odoratimimus and Alkalgenes faecalis had significant repellent effect on A. vulgare activity.The feeding selection experiments showed that Bacillus pumilus,Klebsiella aerogenes,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus xiamenensis had significant repellent effects on the feeding of Armadillidium vulgare.Conclusion It was clarified that the 6 kinds of intestinal bacteria from Spirobolus bungii displayed significant repellent effects on the feeding of A. vulgare,which laid foundations for the development of new harmless repellents to A. vulgare.
