摘 要:在农业特色小镇建设背景下,农民市场能力培育是一个亟待深入探究的具体问题。H市三个农业特色小镇建设实践揭示出当前农业特色小镇建设中农民市场能力匮乏的根源在于市场经济抽象价值观的缺乏、社区市场环境孕育不足和浓厚的行政主导色彩。可从个体市场能力培育、新型小镇社区营造和制度支持体系构建等三个维度实现农民市场能力的培育。农民市场能力培育是农业特色小镇等乡村发展项目实践中必须解决的实际问题,也是需要持续推进的跨学科研究领域。Under the background of agricultural characteristic town construction, the cultivation of farmers’ marketability is a pressing issue to be further studied. The practice of three agricultural characteristic towns, H city reveals that the root cause of farmers’ inadequate marketability in the present agricultural characteristic town construction lies in the lack of abstract values of market economy, the poor community market environment and the strong color of administrative dominance. The cultivation of famers’ marketability can be realized from such three dimensions as cultivating individual marketability, building new town community and constructing institutional support system. The cultivation is a practical issue that needs to be solved in the practice of rural development like the agricultural characteristic town construction, and also an area of interdisciplinary study that needs to be further explored.
