摘　　要：在不同时期土地政策的指引下,各类合作社发展迅速,主要有农民专业合作社、农地合作社、土地股份合作社,其中,土地股份制已成为创新家庭联产承包责任制和集体土地所有制,实现土地流转的重要方式,但不同种类土地合作社的概念、名称、内容不统一,有必要梳理不同合作社模式的理论基础、法律地位、主要内容以及实践经验等,以促进各种类合作社的规范发展,指引具有明显优势的"三权分置"下土地股份合作制的规范化发展。Under the guidance of land policies of different periods,various cooperatives have developed rapidly.mainly including specialized farmer cooperatives,agricultural land cooperatives,and agricultural land share cooperatives.Among them,the last one has become an important way to innovate the household contract responsibility system and the collective land ownership system,and to realize land circulation.However,there is much inconformity in the concept,name and content of different agricultural land cooperatives.It is necessary to sort out the theoretical basis,legal status,main content and practical experience of them,so as to promote their standardized development,and guide the standardized development of the agricultural land share cooperatives with obvious advantage of“separating three rights”.
