复合碘联合维生素C溶液冲洗膀胱治疗紫色尿袋综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价复合碘联合Vit C溶液冲洗膀胱治疗紫色尿袋综合征的临床效果。方法:选择2013~2017年上海市控江医院收治的长期卧床留置导尿管出现紫色尿袋综合征患者31例为研究对象,其中男12例,女19例,年龄65~89岁。将患者分为试验组16例,给予复合碘溶液50 ml加Vit C注射液4 g溶入0.9%NaCl溶液500 ml冲洗膀胱;对照组15例,给予庆大霉素32万U溶入0.9%NaCl溶液500 ml冲洗膀胱。1次/d,持续两周,同时记录患者治疗前、后尿袋颜色、尿常规、尿培养及pH值的变化,并根据结果判定临床治疗效果。结果:经过两周治疗,试验组患者显效9例、有效5例、无效2例,治疗有效率87.50%;对照组患者显效3例、有效4例、无效8例,治疗有效率46.67%,两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗过程中无不良反应发生。结论:复合碘联合维生素C溶液冲洗膀胱治疗紫色尿袋综合征效果显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound iodine combined with vitamin C in the treatment of purple urine bag syndromeby bladderirrigation.Method In our hospital from 2013 to 2017,31 patients with persistent urinary bladder syndrome were enrolled in this study.Including male 12 cases,female 19 cases,age 65~89,were randomly divided into two groups,16 patients in the experimental group was given compound iodine solution 50 ml and vitamin C 4 g,15 the control group was given gentamil 32 millionunits,all were dissolved in 0.9%saline 500 ml to rinse the bladder once a day.Two weeks later,the patients'urine bag color,urine routine,urine culture and pH value were recorded before&after treatment.According to the results of treatment to determine the clinical efficacy on patients.Results After 2 weeks treatment,the experimental group:markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 5 cases,invalid in 2 case,the effective rate of treatment was 87.50%;the control group:markedly effective in 3 cases the effective rate of treatment was 46.67%,effective in 4 cases,invalid in 8 cases,the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01),no adverse reactions during treatment in two groups.Conclusion Compound iodine combined with vitamin C solution for bladder treatment of purple urine bag syndrome is effective.
