庞国明六法治水肿经验总结

摘　　要：庞国明教授认为,水肿之发病多因湿邪为患,外湿侵犯肌肤或内伤导致肺脾肾受损,继而三焦气化不利,导致湿邪内生留于机体某处,发为水肿。应辨其阴阳,分清上下,理清虚实表里。庞老师认为:急则治其标,缓则之其本;急用汗下之法,缓则宜温补脾肾为要,临症适当选用①治水需宣肺,金畅水自去;②治水需健脾,土健水自已;③治水当温阳,阳胜水自亡;④治水当行气,气行水自愈;⑤治水当活血,瘀开行水自却;⑥治水当通络,络通水自没。在水肿发病时,在治水同时注意,莫败脾胃,勿劫真元,中病即止。According to professor PANG Guoming,the occurrence of edema is mainly caused by dampness invading the skin or lung,spleen and kidney,which makes the triple-jiao vaporize unfavourable and leads to the endogenous retention of dampness somewhere in the body and causes edema.Whether it is Yin water or Yang water,whether it is above or below,whether it is deficiency or evil reality,whether it is on the surface or inside,all should be distinguished in a positive way.1.Publicize the lung and keep the water flowing freely;2.Strengthen the spleen and the soil;3.Strengthen the Yang while warming the yang;4.Strengthen the Qi and the water;5.Strengthen the blood circulation and promote the blood stasis;6.Strengthen the collaterals and drain the water.Edema in the onset,often used in water treatment at the same time pay attention to the spleen and stomach,do not capture the true yuan,the disease that stop.
