应用活血化瘀补肾宁心法治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用“活血化瘀、补肾宁心”法治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取突发性耳聋住院患者60例,随机分为治疗组和观察组,每组30人,治疗组予常规的西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用“活血化瘀、补肾宁心”法中药口服治疗。2组均以14d为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组患者受损听力的恢复及耳鸣改善情况。结果:观察组听力、耳鸣有效率分别为90%、86.67%,治疗组分别为66.66%、46.67%,观察组有效率优于治疗组,差异比较有统计学意义。结论:“活血化瘀、补肾宁心”法能够显著提高突发性耳聋临床疗效和改善耳鸣,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of“Huoxue Huayu,Bushen Ningxin”method in treating sudden deafness.Methods:60 hospitalized patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into a treatment group and an observation group,with 30 people in each group.The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was supplemented with“Huoxue Huayu,Bushen Ningxin”.“Traditional Chinese medicine is treated orally.Both groups took 14 days as a course of treatment,and after 1 course of treatment,the recovery of impaired hearing and improvement of tinnitus were observed.Results:The effective rates of hearing and tinnitus in the observation group were 90%and 86.67%,respectively,and those in the treatment group were 66.66%and 46.67%,respectively.The effectiveness of the observation group was better than that of the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The method of“blood circulation and removing blood stasis and tonifying the kidney and heart”can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of sudden deafness and improve tinnitus with high safety.
