摘　　要：中风即西医的脑卒中,已经发展为临床常见疾病,具有高发病率、高致残率等特点。中风后患者大多遗留有各种并发症,比如痉挛性瘫痪,这导致患者持续的步态不稳,影响肢体的正常活动,降低患者康复的质量,严重影响患者的生活状态。查阅大量文献发现,相比于单纯的中医内治法,针刺作为中医外治法,在治疗痉挛性瘫痪的疗效是显著的,其机制主要是通过影响神经递质及其传送步骤。对于如何治疗痉挛性瘫痪,临床中有各种方法,包括体针、头针、电针、综合疗法等,并且这些方法的疗效是不同的。虽然针刺治疗痉挛瘫痪有其独特的优势,但是仍存有争议,需要进一步优化治疗方案。该文拟对针刺治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪机制与研究进展进行综述,目的是启示临床工作者更加深刻地认识针刺治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪,以期更好地指导中风后痉挛性瘫痪的针刺治疗,帮助中风患者早日康复。Stroke,the stroke of Western medicine,has developed into a common clinical disease with high morbidity and high morbidity.After stroke,most patients have various complications,such as spastic paralysis,which leads to continuous gait instability,affects the normal activities of the limbs,reduces the quality of rehabilitation,and seriously affects the living conditions of patients.A large number of literature have found that acupuncture as a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method is effective in the treatment of spastic paralysis,and its mechanism is mainly through the influence of neurotransmitters and their delivery steps.There are various methods in the clinic for how to treat spastic paralysis,including body acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,and combination therapy,and the efficacy of these methods is different.Although acupuncture treatment has its unique advantages,it is still controversial and needs to be further optimized.This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of acupuncture treatment for spastic paralysis after stroke.The purpose is to enlighten clinicians to understand more deeply the treatment of acupuncture treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,in order to better guide the needle of spastic paralysis after stroke.Sting treatment to help patients with stroke recover soon.
