摘  要:在自主化三代核电厂的设计中,为了满足超压保护功能,一般会使用较为先进的先导式安全阀。先导式安全阀较以前M310电厂的阀门,具有开启时间更短等特点。三代核电厂的稳压器安全阀如果在某些情况下开启,其上游水封将会对下游排放管道造成非常大的冲击力。因此,排放载荷分析是先进的三代电厂的稳压器排放管线设计中的一个关键性技术,只有掌握了排放载荷分析方法,才能为应力计算提供可靠参考,进而对管线设计、管道支撑布置的合理性进行论证。使用RELAP5程序进行热工水力计算,对输出信息进行合理的处理可获得载荷计算结果。本文将对该分析方法的合理性进行验证,并且在此基础上,选取对载荷影响非常关键的因素,包括:阀门开启时间、水封温度、水封体积等进行研究,为载荷优化提供合理性建议。[Background]Pilot operated safety valve is widely used in the design of generation-III nuclear power plant(NPP)to provide overpressure protection function.Compared with safety valves used in generation-II nuclear power plant,pilot operated safety valve has much shorter opening time,hence generates great discharge force.Discharge force analysis is crucial to the design of pressurizer discharge pipe of the 3rd generation advanced nuclear power plant.As a necessary input for stress analysis,discharge force is important for evaluating whether the pipe design and pipe support design is reasonable.[Purpose]This study aims to develop and validate a set of dischage force analysis method for 3rd generation NPP.[Methods]Based on the previous study of basic discharge force analysis method where the RELAP5 was used to model the thermal-hydraulic process and the force results deduced through post-processing,further validation of the proposed discharge force analysis method was processed by simulating the EPRI PWR Safety and Relief Valve Test in this study.Key influencing factors,such as valve opening time,seal temperature,seal volume,et al,were investigated to give useful suggestions for design.[Results]It is found that valve opening time,seal temperature,and seal volume has a great influence on the calculation results,and the law of influence is very complicated.[Conclusions]It is proved that the RELAP5 code could be used to model the complex discharge process,and the method developed can be applied to engineering practice.
