摘　　要：特朗普执政后将印太战略作为美国加强与印度战略伙伴关系的政策基础,进一步巩固和扩展了美印海上安全合作框架,美印两国海上安全合作出现了新的变化,主要表现为海上共同愿景、海上防务关系、海军互动交流及海上感知领域建设等方面合作的不断升级。在印太战略的推动下,美印各自战略利益需求以及应对中国崛起共同利益成为这一时期两国海上安全合作升级的主要驱动力。未来美印海上安全合作仍会继续呈现出不断强化的发展态势,尤其在实现两国海上共同愿景、扩大海上共同安全利益、扩展多边海上安全合作和强化应对中国的威胁等方面的合作会持续走强,而美印国内政治形势变化、海上战略矛盾凸显、双边战略互信不足及第三方国家影响等不利因素的存在,也将在一定程度上制约和延缓两国海上安全合作的发展进程。The Indo-Pacific strategy promoted by the Trump administration has further consolidated and expanded the U.S.-India maritime security cooperation framework,and the maritime security cooperation between the two states has been further developed.This is mainly reflected in the continuous upgrading of cooperation in maritime common vision,maritime defense relations,naval interactive exchanges and maritime perception construction.The U.S.and India’s respective strategic interests and common goal of coping with the rise of China became the main driving force of maritime security cooperation during this period.In the future,the maritime security cooperation between the U.S and India will continue to show a trend of strengthening in the context of the Trump administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy,especially in implementing common maritime vision,expanding common maritime security interests,promoting multilateral maritime security cooperation,and strengthening the response to China’s threats.At the same time,changes in domestic political situation,prominent maritime strategic conflicts,insufficient bilateral strategic mutual trust and influence of third countries will also become potential factors restricting and delaying the development of U.S.-India maritime security cooperation.
