摘　　要：“印太构想”是二十一世纪印度力推的战略新思维。“印太构想”的内涵囊括印度洋和太平洋,是印度全球海洋战略的最新构成。剖析印度“印太构想”的基础,对深入了解和准确把握印度海洋战略具有重要作用和意义。本文针对印度“印太构想”的理论基础、地缘政治基础以及实践基础分别进行阐述分析。其中,理论基础由印度的大国思想、海洋思想和官方发布文件共同构成,三者为印度“印太构想”提供了重要的思想支撑。地缘政治基础主要包括其陆向地缘政治背景和海向地缘政治环境,二者对印度“印太构想”提供了现实依据。以“南进”和“东向”政策为代表的先期海洋战略实施所积累的成果,则构成了印度“印太构想”的实践基础。The“Indo-Pacific Concept”is a new strategic thinking put forward by India in the new century.The“Indo-Pacific Concept”,which encompasses the Indian and Pacific,is the latest component of India's global maritime strategy.Analyzing the basis of India's“Indo-Pacific Concept”plays an important role in understanding and grasping India's maritime strategy.This article analyzes the theoretical basis,geopolitical basis and practical basis of India's“Indo-Pacific Concept”.Among them,the theoretical basis is composed of India's great power thought,maritime thought and official documents,which provide important ideological support for India's“Indo-Pacific Concept”.The geopolitical foundation mainly includes the geopolitical background facing the land and the geopolitical environment facing the sea,both of which provide a realistic basis for India's“Indo-Pacific Concept”.The achievements accumulated in the early Marine strategy implementation represented by the“Look South”and“Look East”policies constitute the practical basis of India's“Indo-Pacific Concept”.
