摘 要:介绍了锂离子电池正极材料合成用堇青石-莫来石匣钵的开发与应用现状,重点阐述了该材质匣钵面临的主要问题,总结分析了其损毁机制。认为含锂化合物与堇青石、莫来石反应形成的AlLiO 2和LiAlSiO 4导致较大的体积膨胀,因而在热应力及机械力的作用下出现剥落、脱皮导致损毁。同时总结了国内外关于堇青石-莫来石匣钵的改进技术途径,并指出了正极材料合成用匣钵的发展方向。The development and application status of cordierite-mullite saggers for the synthesis of lithium-ion batteries cathode materials were introduced.The main problems of the saggers were discussed,and the damage mechanism was analyzed AlLiO 2 and LiAlSiO 4 formed by the reaction of lithium-containing compounds with cordierite and mullite were considered to lead to large volume expansion,so spalling and peeling can cause damage under the attack of thermal stress and mechanical force.Meanwhile,the improvement technique of cordierite-mullite saggers in China and overseas was summarized,and the development direction of saggers for cathode materials synthesis was pointed out.
